Fabulous new ice cream store in NORA District West Palm Beach. Cones, Ice Cream Sundae, Milk Shakes, Toppings, bring the whole family. Everyone is going to fall in love with this place!

A new addition to Downtown, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream store offers a great array of rich and creamy flavors. They also offer vegan ice cream. ice cream sandwiches and bars. The staff was very nice and attentive. It a great choice after shopping at Downtown.

After dinner sweet treat is a must so walking past Van Leeuwen after dinner and hearing how delicious their ice cream was we were excited. Walking in, it is small so I can see on a busy day or might be chaotic, but for it was good. The first thing you notice is all the unique varieties of flavors, including vegan and sorbet options. The second thing you notice is the great customer service, there was a young man and young lady, I believe her name was Tamara. They just were filled with postive energy and knowledge. She encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and sample different flavors (as many as you like) and convinced me to try the vegan choc chip cookie dough, I'm not a vegan lover at all, and my mind was blown! I also tried the mango sticky rice regular flavor and again mind blown! I settled for my tried and true cookies and cream, and after being shocked on the other flavors, it was actually a bit disappointing as it was not as creamy as I would hope it would be. But, it wouldn't stop me from coming back for the other flavors.

As a local real estate agent, I love highlighting spots such as Van Leeuwen Ice Cream in the Nora District. This place is lovely and creative. I adore the colorful interior design…it’s vibrant, fun, and beautifully done. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both inviting and unique. The Icecream is very good, so tasty, and you can genuinely notice the quality. It has that rich, homemade feel that makes every bite even better. However, we left confused since we asked for 1 Icecream and were told that It comes with 2 scoops. Since we were with a toddler, we asked the staffing girl to split the scoops in two containers to make It easy for my son to eat It. She was not very happy with our request, and then proceeded to charge us a total of $15. Overall, it was a nice visit. Definitely worth stopping by but It would be nice to be more attentive with customers and explain the request. I feel we should have been charged only $7, and not double price.
